Word Stress Rules

Pronunciation is complicated in English because frequently words are pronounced differently from the way they are written. Therefore we usually get familiarized with the pronunciation through constant exposure to English instead of trying to learn general rules for pronunciation. In this edition we will focus on ´Word stress´ which is used to obtain a more natural pronunciation of multi-syllable words.
